You can now keep your customer database informed of any changes or news about your tourism business or event. This system allows you to personalise your newsletter, so it appears to be coming from your business. There is also an ever-increasing database of additional information and stories from Wales that you can incorporate into your newsletter for a bit of regional flavour, to show what there is to do in the area or accommodation offers.
Capital Region Tourism has bought a license on behalf of the South East region of Wales. So those tourism businesses in the region can use this Info4-U e-Newsletter system for free.
Please take the time to join, put on one or two of your own stories and if you know of any other stories that might interest the visitors to this area, put those on as well. As it is a library of stories, other newsletters might include your story and therefore spread your information even further.
It is an easy system to use, so once you login, put in the email contacts of your previous visitors, then go ahead and just try putting together your first newsletter. You are in control - you can send it as often, say monthly, as you wish.
